The HIAB – nDurance® painting process begins with the application of a nanotechnology-based anti-corrosion protective layer, which creates a shield around all surfaces of the truck-mounted crane, including the interior of every structural part as well as hard-to-reach areas that usually remain unprotected.
This is followed by the HIAB – lacquer polymer coating process – in which positively charged parts are immersed in a negatively charged liquid, resulting in the highest-quality painting of your load-handling crane.
Next comes powder coating (HIAB – powder coating), which is applied under strictly controlled conditions.
