The Ministry has issued a call for entrepreneurs and small and micro enterprises for a subsidy toward the purchase of new equipment. This is not the first time the Ministry has issued such calls, but this one stands out for a truly large amount, as this time up to 50% of the net value of the purchase of new equipment is financed – in our case a new truck with a hydraulic crane, a hydraulic platform (baskets for working at height), or a tipper body.
How much money does the state provide?
The purchase itself cannot be less than 500,000 RSD or more than 5 million dinars. This subsidy is awarded in cooperation with one of the approved banks with which the state has concluded an agreement. The ratio is as follows – 50% is provided by the state, 45% is financed through a bank loan, and 5% is the buyer's own contribution. The amount the state provides also depends on the number of permanent employees in your company as of December 31, 2023. Thus, companies that had 1 permanent employee can receive up to 1.0 million RSD, companies with 2-5 employees can receive up to 2.5 million, and companies with 6 or more employees receive the most, up to 5.0 million RSD.
Who can receive the funds?
Companies engaged in construction and manufacturing. The funds received can be used to purchase a new tipper truck, a self-propelled hydraulic platform, a truck-mounted hydraulic platform (basket), hydraulic cranes on trucks … The beneficiary is obliged to purchase this equipment and put it into operation by August 31, 2025 . In practice, the client has one year to obtain a quote, apply for the grant funds, and purchase the new equipment within this period. Our standard delivery times for new tippers, cranes, and baskets are 6-9 months, depending on the level of equipment and the clients' requirements.
