HiConnect is a web portal that gives HIAB customers who have connected their truck-mounted cranes to this system the ability to receive feedback in order to improve safety, monitor the usage of the crane and also receive a notification when it is time for regular service based on information collected in the field. The information is available in real time, and the portal can be accessed via a computer, phone, or tablet.
The free version of HiConnect provides access to basic features, such as a live map of the crane fleet where you can see at any time where your vehicle is located, upcoming maintenance dates based on actual usage, equipment operating time, and capacity used.
In addition to the basic package, there is also the option of subscribing to HiConnect PREMIUM! This premium package provides more detailed access and gives insight into the following:
– how the crane/skip loader, hooklift, etc. is used in detail
– how many operating hours it has
– the exact location of the truck-mounted equipment
– the time of the next service
– the exact number of cycles, i.e., operations performed with the crane, hooklift, or skip loader
– whether there has been careless use, overloading, or strain on the crane itself
– SMS / email notifications
– detailed reports on the use and operation of the truck-mounted equipment: daily, weekly, and monthly
