With the SEMI AUTOMATIC FOLDING - SAF function, any operator can return the hydraulic truck-mounted crane to its transport position very easily and safely, with increased control and reduced risk of damage to the crane, the vehicle, and possible injury to the operator. Unfolding and folding the crane is done with just one single control button! There is no need to turn and fold the first boom and then the second boom individually, as was the practice until now.
Operators can fold or unfold the truck-mounted crane with much less effort and risk, even in the toughest working conditions. This directly increases productivity. Imagine how much time you can save and, at the same time, how much you can increase the number of cycles in just one working day with this function!
Sensors installed on the crane monitor all movements of the hydraulic truck-mounted crane, which helps protect the crane body, the crane's hydraulics, and the vehicle, and, most importantly, protects the operator as well as the people and objects within the crane's working zone.
SAF ensures that the correct movements take place in a predetermined way, which saves the operator time and at the same time increases productivity.
SAF means less risk of damage to the structure of the hydraulic truck-mounted crane as well as less damage to the crane's hydraulics itself, which reduces the possibility of damage to the crane, potential work stoppages, weakened crane performance, and additional downtime due to necessary servicing. Imagine how much it costs you for every day you are left without a crane due to a breakdown caused by poor operation! Such repairs often take up to 7 days, depending on the damage!
