General service work and crane inspection with testing that must be carried out once or twice a year:
- Checking the crane's attachment to the vehicle
- Checking the attachment of the crane base to the chassis and the crane column
- Checking the free movement of the stabilizer extension parts and the functionality of the locking
- Fastening of stabilizers and rotating parts
- Checking the safety devices on all hydraulic cylinders
- Checking all mounting points of the hydraulic cylinders
- Checking all hose and pipe connections and fittings
- Checking the slide pads of the telescopic booms
- Checking pressure by sections and the functionality of the control valve
- Checking the condition of the control valve levers and the layout of functions
- Checking all hydraulic cylinders and the condition of the piston rods
- Checking the hydraulic pump
- Checking the hydraulic reservoir, oil level, accessibility of the return filter and the oil filler
- Checking the hook and its safety latch
- Checking the remote control and the functionality of the controls in different operating modes
- Checking the mechanical joints
- Checking the safety valves
- Hydraulic oil replacement
- Hydraulic filter replacement
- Washing and lubricating the crane
- Checking the load chart
- Final testing of the crane with verification of operating parameters

- Electronic system diagnostics
- Clearing errors
- Calibration
- Resetting the service interval.
