The new MULTILIFT FUTURA skip loader is slimmer, lighter, and stiffer than its predecessor. Completely redesigned, it is built with an EvoLight™ steel structure (2,600 kg) that enables 300-500 kg more payload without compromising the strength and quality of the steel. This literally means you can carry more while saving fuel and reducing CO2 emissions. The lighter steel structure reduces the likelihood of wear and damage when using the MULTILIFT FUTURA. Steel castings are used to reinforce sensitive parts of the structure, while the cylinders are optimized to achieve the highest possible working speed.
MULTILIFT SwanNeck™ – Extra-long curved telescopic arms, which resemble a swan's neck, are crafted with incredible precision, further increasing container reach and making it easier to maneuver around obstacles while maintaining maximum stability.
Safety
MULTILIFT futura is the absolute leader, providing maximum safety during operation with the latest innovations. In addition to hydraulic container stopping, there is also hydraulic container locking, which further increases safety during container transport. The unloading hook is equipped with a pneumatic safety latch. The side and front container stops are manually adjustable and lockable. With the SkipTop™ system, the load is covered automatically at the push of a button. This overcomes the previous practice in which container operators had to pull the protective tarpaulin over by themselves, check that it is properly placed, whether there is a possibility of the load spilling, and so on. This further increases the safety of both the load during transport and the container operator, with considerable time savings. MULTILIFT futura can be supplied with an integrated, certified side underrun protection.
Control unit – CONTROLS
FlexControl™ is a modular system that can be easily upgraded. The upgrade options are varied, starting with a dynamic system for measuring the loaded weight, two-speed operating mode, increased unloading speed, safety container locking, and a smart and precise telescoping system for the container holder and stabilizers. The control unit includes in-cab controls, radio controls, controls on the exterior, and a combination of all of the above.
QUALITY
MULTILIFT equipment is conceived and designed in accordance with the European Machinery Directive. All MULTILIFT products are intensively tested both in laboratory conditions and in the field. After exhaustive testing of the equipment itself in laboratory conditions, the MULTILIFT is installed on a vehicle, and the second phase of practical testing of the MULTILIFT FUTURA begins.
A zinc-based primer that prevents corrosion is applied to all parts of the MULTILIFT Futura. Each part is then painted separately to ensure proper and even paint application.
The MULTILIFT company maintains an extremely high level of quality for its products, and all parts and components are tested and inspected individually, passing quality, functionality, and durability tests. After this test, parts are taken by random sampling and subjected to an additional internal quality check. In this way, the MULTILIFT company ensures the highest quality and standard of its products.
After-sales activities
All MULTILIFT Futura skip loaders are installed on the vehicle using a specially designed chassis that significantly reduces the need for welding of parts, which ensures the strength of the parts, reduces the possibility of corrosion, and increases the service life of the product itself. Easy access to each part of the skip loader is an additional advantage. The operating manual, the service and maintenance manual, and the spare parts catalog are also available in electronic form. Using original spare parts and performing service exclusively at authorized service centers is an additional prerequisite for a long service life of the product.
