The Meiller side latch 0000 1026 247 is a right-hand side wall latch for tipper bodies, with a handle 145 mm long. It holds the side wall securely closed and is installed by welding.

It is intended for Meiller type 1 and 2 bodies, for vehicles with a gross weight of up to 4.5 t; on top-hung sides it also fits bodies up to 6 t. Meiller latches have a safety catch against self-opening.
