This is the upper plastic part of the lever of the type 50321 transmitter, with which the driver selects the operating mode of the body. It is replaced separately from the transmitter itself.

The lever is the most exposed part of the assembly and the one that breaks most often. Replacing only the plastic is much cheaper than replacing the entire transmitter, which is usually still working.
