Meiller 504/017 tipper valve, 240 bar
Meiller 504/017 tilt valve with a set pressure of 240 bar. Manual actuation via a handwheel.
The tipper valve controls the raising and lowering of the tipper body and limits the system pressure to the set value. The 504/017 type works at 240 bar and is actuated manually, via the handwheel on the valve.
If the tipper body does not lift a full load, the cause is often a drop in the valve's set pressure, not a weak pump. The setting is checked with a pressure gauge at the M10x1 test port.
