The JONSERED 1100RS is a recycling crane with an S-boom, in the class of about 11 tm, for scrap metal, biomass and rubble, with the Safety+RS protection system.
The JONSERED 1100RS is a recycling crane with an S-boom from the HIAB JONSERED range, in the class of about 11 tm. It is built for handling waste and recycling materials: scrap metal, wood at biomass plants and rubble at construction sites.
The Safety+RS system combines VSL stability, overload protection (OLP), operator protection on the platform (OPS) and a valve that holds the load if a hose bursts. The hoses are protected by the HPL link from the boom tip to the rotator, and the toothed rack and slewing bearing run in an oil bath.
